By accessing our website, using our transportation management platform, or engaging our freight services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Elite Transportation Solutions provides over-the-road (OTR) full truckload freight transportation services throughout the United States, operating under USDOT authority (DOT# 4307012, MC# 1678230).

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages for dispatch notifications, load assignments, and operational communications. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Platform Access

Access to our transportation management system (TMS) is granted to authorized personnel only. Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

5. Freight Services — Rates and Payment

Freight rates are established per load confirmation (rate con). Payment is subject to successful delivery and proper documentation (signed BOL, POD).

6. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must maintain valid CDLs, medical certificates, and comply with FMCSA/DOT regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS).

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Transportation Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform is the property of Elite Transportation Solutions or its licensors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
